What to expect when you arrive at your first appointment

We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to your appointment so we have enough time to introduce ourselves before your appointment.

When you arrive at your first appointment with us, you will be given a tour of our office.
You will receive a clipboard and dental questionnaire asking you for your medical history including medications taken, and personal information to help us get to know you better. We supply many magazines and children’s books to entertain you or your children whilst waiting in the reception.
We also provide a comfort menu with many things to choose from in order to ensure your every visit is comfortable and up to your standards.

When you’re in the dental chair, our dental practitioner will ask you what your dental goals are and what you feel you need in order to make sure we reach your goals. our dental practitioner will then take a look and let you know what he thinks will be the best path for you to take. Then we will go ahead and organise a personalised treatment plan suited to your budget and schedule. We ask that you sign this plan after reviewing it in so we are all on the same page and can begin our journey in making your smile as beautiful as can be!

Please do not hesitate to let our friendly staff know if there is anything we can do to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
